Travel Approval!

Things have been N-U-T-S... nuts! around here lately.  I feel like time is running away from me and I just can't pull it together to get everything in order.  Thankfully, our process has been progressing even if I can't get my To Do list taken care of.  So, I never even updated the timeline to say that, back on the 9th, we got our Article 5 notification.  I would explain what that is, but it's not terribly relevant anymore.  So, I'll spare you the confusion and fast forward to today's big news:  We have been officially invited to travel to China to bring Asher home!  Woohoo!  We were notified that our Travel Approval from the CCAA was received by our agency today.  

What does it mean?  Well, now all we need is an appointment at the U.S. Consulate in Guangzhou and we will finally be able to book our flights!  Hopefully that appointment will be set in the next day or two, and we may be able to get working on flights before the Thanksgiving break in the home office... if not, it'll be very soon.  So, it looks like we will definitely be China-bound in the next couple weeks, and Asher will have Christmas with Mom & Dad this year!  Yay!  Now it's time to pack!
