Well, the progress train keeps chugging along! I received an email this morning that let us know that our Dossier was logged into the CCAA's system on August 24th. This is a big deal! This means they now have our paperwork in the system, and we can start waiting for China to issue our Letter of Acceptance (LOA), also referred to as the Letter Seeking Confirmation (LSC). From what I understand, this should take a month or two. Once we have that, there's a bunch of little things that have to happen, (the details of which I only slightly understand the order of, but will hopefully have a better grasp of once I've read through the latest packet of info from the agency), and then the travel dept. can get working on our arrangements. If all goes well, we will hopefully be off to bring Didi home this winter!
Please keep praying that he will get to stay where he is being cared for right now for as long as possible! We know he is safe there and loved dearly!
