We had orientation last week, and now we have officially begun the paperchase. I have been warned on multiple occasions that it will be daunting, and that you feel like a train running on multiple tracks at the same time. Honestly though, I wasn't that intimidated by it, even after reading the whole guide in one sitting. Don't get me wrong, I have moments of "Whoa, that's a lot to do.... how will I do it all?", but it didn't send me into a panic. For the most part, it seems fairly basic. It's just a lot of running around, typing nit-picky documents, and waiting on government agencies. I trust our agency though. They've done it plenty of times, and they know what they're talking about. I still maintain that I'm glad to have it to do though. At least I feel like I've got something to move us forward.
... it just also makes me feel like I'm running in circles at the same time...
